This guide will help you log in to TradeLocker step by step and troubleshoot the most common issues traders face when accessing the platform. Inside, you'll find clear instructions on where to locate your credentials, how to log in correctly, and how to avoid frequent mistakes such as selecting the wrong server or using incorrect symbols. We've also included solutions for problems like missing credentials, invalid logins, platform freezing, and trading errors with unsupported instruments (such as XAUUSD.PRO). If anything still doesn’t work after following the steps, our support team is ready to assist you.

How to login to Tradelocker step by step

To get login credentials for TradeLocker, please login to our dashboard.

After logging in, you will see an "account overview" page like this. Then, click on the "Account dashboard" button for the account you want credentials for.

After clicking on "Account dashboard," you will see this page. Please click on "TradeLocker Login Credentials"

After clicking, you will see your TradeLocker login credentials here. Please copy the login, password, and server from this page (you have to put this login email in TradeLocker, not your registered email). Then, click "Visit the TradeLocker platform."

After clicking, you will see this page. Please paste your login credentials here and make sure you are logging into "DEMO," not live. Then click the "Login" button, and you will be logged into your TradeLocker platform.

Most Common TradeLocker Issues (and How to Fix Them)

Below are the issues traders encounter most often when accessing or using TradeLocker — along with the exact steps to resolve them quickly.


1. “I paid, but I don’t see my TradeLocker credentials”

This happens when the platform needs a few extra minutes to generate your account and sync it with TradeLocker.

How long does it take?

  • After purchase: typically 2–5 minutes

  • After advancing to another phase: up to 24 hours (credentials for the new phase must be generated by the backend process)

If your credentials do not appear:

  1. Refresh your dashboard

  2. Wait 5–10 minutes

  3. Check your email for account creation notifications

  4. If still missing after:

    • 10 minutes (after payment), or

    • 24 hours (after passing a phase),
      please contact support.


2. “I can’t log in even though I’m using the correct credentials”

This is one of the most common support requests - and in most cases credentials are correct, but the login settings are not.

Troubleshooting Checklist (follow in order):

1. Are you using the correct server?

95% of login failures happen because the trader selected LIVE instead of DEMO.

2. Are you copying credentials using the “Copy” button?

Typing by hand often causes:

  • missing characters

  • wrong casing

  • accidental spaces

Use copy–paste only from your dashboard:

3. Check for invisible spaces

The most common copy/paste issue is:

  • space at the beginning

  • space at the end

Delete any extra whitespace manually.

4. Try a different browser

Chrome, Safari, Firefox may behave differently depending on cached data.

5. Try Incognito / Private mode

This bypasses stored cookies that may cause login problems.

6. Clear browser cache

Corrupted cache is a frequent cause of failed logins.

7. Try the TradeLocker mobile app

If the browser login fails but the app works, the issue is local to the browser.

If none of these steps help, contact support so we can verify whether new credentials need to be generated.


3. TradeLocker freezing, lagging, or running slowly

This usually occurs due to device load, browser resources, or connectivity issues.

What to do:

  1. Restart the platform (close the tab/app fully and reopen)

  2. Check your internet connection

    • unstable WiFi often causes freezing

  3. Close other apps and browser tabs
    TradeLocker is resource-intensive

  4. Try the web version if you are using the app
    Or vice versa – switch to whichever runs smoother

  5. Restart your device

If the issue continues for more than 30 minutes, contact support — we’ll check server-side performance.


4. “Invalid credentials” or “Credentials expired”

Your previously working login may stop working for several reasons.

Possible causes:

  • The account was breached

What to do:

  1. Check your dashboard for the current active account

  2. Verify whether you advanced to a new phase

  3. Look for new credentials - each phase has its own login

  4. If the challenge ended or was breached, credentials become invalid automatically

  5. If nothing changed but the login stopped working, contact support and we will regenerate your credentials


5. “How long does it take to receive new credentials?”

After purchasing a challenge:

2–5 minutes, usually instantly.

After passing a phase:

Up to 24 hours — the backend creates a new funded/evaluation stage and TradeLocker credentials must be synced.

If it takes longer:

Please contact support. We can manually push the creation of credentials.


6. Mistakenly trying to trade unsupported symbols (XAUUSD vs XAUUSD.PRO)

A common issue is selecting XAUUSD.PRO, which Upcomers does not support.

TradeLocker shows all kinds of symbols, even ones unavailable for your account type.

Solution:

Always choose:
XAUUSD
Not:
XAUUSD.PRO

The .PRO version will always return an error or you won't be able to open a trade.


7. Still having issues?

If the problem persists after following the steps above, contact support and include:

  • Your account ID

  • Screenshot of the issue

  • Whether you use web or mobile

  • Whether the issue is continuous or intermittent

This helps our team solve the problem much faster.


8. “I passed the challenge — do I get new TradeLocker credentials?”

No. Your TradeLocker login remains exactly the same when you move from the Challenge Phase to the Funded Phase. You do not need to log out, switch accounts, or request new credentials.

However, after you pass the challenge, there is a short mandatory activation process during which you cannot trade. This is expected and completely normal.

Here is what happens step by step:

  1. KYC verification – if not completed earlier, you must verify your identity.

  2. Signing the Trader Agreement – one-time signing; required before funded trading can start.

  3. Strategy Compliance Check – your evaluation performance is reviewed by the risk team.

During this period, your dashboard will show the status: “Awaiting admin approval”.

While this status is active:

  • Your credentials still work

  • You can log into TradeLocker

  • But you cannot place trades — the account is temporarily locked for review

This review typically takes up to 24 hours, after which:

  • Your account switches to Funded

  • Trading is fully enabled again

  • You receive an email notification confirming activation
