This means:
You can open and close trades at any time, even around high-impact news releases.
You may freely place stop-loss, take-profit, and pending orders without any blackout periods.
All instruments remain tradable without restrictions before, during, and after news announcements.
High-impact events (such as CPI, central bank rate decisions, Non-Farm Payrolls, employment data, speeches, etc.) often create increased volatility. While trading during these times is now permitted, we encourage all traders to use disciplined risk management to protect their accounts.
In summary: You are free to follow your strategy and trade news at any time, in any phase, without restrictions.
