When accessing Bybit through Upcomers, traders must follow two sets of rules:
Upcomers’ own participation requirements
Bybit’s Terms of Service and jurisdictional restrictions
Upcomers’ Eligibility Requirements
Every trader must first meet Upcomers’ internal rules for participation.
These rules apply to all platforms supported by Upcomers, including Bybit.
Upcomers may restrict access to Bybit evaluations based on compliance, risk, or jurisdictional factors.
Bybit’s Country Restrictions
Bybit enforces its own list of restricted jurisdictions under their Terms of Service.
Traders from restricted countries cannot trade live with real funds on Bybit.
Upcomers has no authority to override Bybit’s restrictions and is not responsible for any enforcement taken by the platform.
Bybit Demo Accounts – No KYC Required
