Processing Time and Confirmation

Once you submit a payout request, it goes through several stages before the funds reach your account. This guide explains exactly what happens at each stage, how long it takes, and what to do if something doesn't look right.

Understanding the payout stages

Your payout doesn't go from "requested" to "in your bank" in one step. There are three distinct stages, and knowing the difference will save you from unnecessary worry.


Stage 1: Withdrawal Request & Validation (24–48 hours)

After you submit a withdrawal request, it is reviewed by our Risk Team to ensure all conditions are met. This includes Best Day Rule compliance, no open positions, KYC status, and Trader Agreement signature.

During this stage, your dashboard will show the status as "Awaiting Withdrawal Approval." Your account is temporarily frozen, meaning you cannot open or close any new trades until the withdrawal is either approved or declined. This freeze remains in place for the entire duration of the review.


Stage 2: Approval & Payout Method Selection

Once your withdrawal is approved, you need to select how you want to receive your funds. Go to Account Settings and then to the Transactions section, where you can choose your preferred payout method:

Bank transfer: Enter your IBAN, recipient name, and bank details.

Cryptocurrency: Enter your wallet address and select the network.

Once you have submitted your payout method details, the payout is queued for processing by our Finance Department.


Stage 3: Payment Processing & Sent

This is when your funds are actually on the way. Our Finance Department processes approved payouts within 24 hours of receiving the payout details.

Bank transfer: Once processed and sent from our bank, delivery time depends entirely on your bank, your country, and international banking routes. Typical delivery times range from same day to 5 business days. New beneficiary details (first-time bank transfers) may require additional bank-side verification, which can add a few hours to the initial processing.

For consistency, expect 2 to 5 business days for bank transfers to arrive after the payment has been sent from our side.

Cryptocurrency: Crypto payouts are processed within 24 hours after approval. Once submitted to the blockchain, confirmation usually takes between 10 minutes and 2 hours depending on network congestion.


Weekends and holidays

In most cases, payouts are sent even on weekends. However, bank transfers processed over the weekend may not arrive until the following business day since banks typically process incoming transfers only on business days (Monday to Friday).

For crypto: If your crypto payout hasn't arrived and it's the weekend, it will most likely be sent on Monday.

Keep this in mind when calculating your expected arrival time. A payout processed on a Saturday may not appear in your bank account until Tuesday or Wednesday.


Maximum expected wait times

Bank transfer: Up to 5 business days from the moment the payment is sent from our bank.

Cryptocurrency: Up to 36 hours from the moment you submit the request.

How to track your payout status

Log in to your dashboard at app.upcomers.com. Your payout will show one of the following statuses:

"Awaiting Withdrawal Approval" means your withdrawal request is being reviewed by the Risk Team. Trading is frozen during this period.

"Approved" means the withdrawal passed review. You now need to select your payout method and submit your details.

"Awaiting payout Approval" means your payout request is being reviewed by the Financial department.

"Success" means the payment has been dispatched. For bank transfers, it is now with the banking system. For crypto, the transaction has been submitted to the blockchain.


What to do if your payout hasn't arrived

Step 1: Check your dashboard status. If it still says "Approved," make sure you have submitted your payout method details in Account Settings under Transactions.

Step 2: If the status is "Success" and you're waiting on a bank transfer, give it up to 5 business days. Delivery time is fully dependent on your bank, country, and international banking routes. Intermediary banks and bank-to-bank relationships can impact speed.

Step 3: If 5 business days have passed and the bank transfer still hasn't arrived, contact your bank first. Ask if there is an incoming international payment being held, delayed, or flagged for additional verification. Some banks have specific policies regarding transfers from the UAE that may cause delays.

Step 4: If your bank confirms no incoming payment, contact our support team with your Account ID, payout ID (visible in your dashboard), and confirmation from your bank that no payment was received. Our Finance Department will initiate an internal status check with our bank. Bank responses typically take up to 2 business days.

In rare cases, a transfer may be returned due to incorrect or inactive bank details, regional or compliance restrictions, or bank policies on international transfers. If a transfer is returned, funds may take up to 2 weeks to reappear in our system, after which we will re-send the payout or arrange an alternative method.

Step 5: For crypto, if the status shows "Success" but funds haven't arrived, check the transaction on the blockchain using the TX hash available in your dashboard. If the transaction shows confirmed on the blockchain but the funds aren't in your wallet, the issue is on your wallet provider's side.
