Using VPN / VPS

Updated over a month ago

To ensure the security and integrity of all trading accounts, every trader must be the sole authorized user of their account.

For this reason, accessing your account via a VPN or VPS is not recommended, as it can interfere with accurate data tracking within our internal systems.

Using a VPN or VPS is not strictly prohibited, however:

If suspicious activity is detected (such as logins from multiple IP addresses or locations), your account may be temporarily suspended or flagged for review.

Any violation of the single-user policy is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions (T&C).

If you choose to use a VPN or VPS, please ensure that:

  • You access only from your own device and IP address.

  • You do not share your account or allow anyone else to log in.

VPN / VPS During KYC Verification

To maintain data security and ensure accurate identification during the KYC / AML verification process, the use of VPN or VPS connections is strictly prohibited.

Verification must be completed from your actual location using your own device.

If a VPN or VPS is detected during the verification:

  • The KYC process will not be completed,

  • Your account may not be funded, or it may be disabled or breached afterward.
