You can use a VPN or a VPS to access your account – for example to run your EA around the clock.
If your account is accessed from different locations – for example your own computer and a VPS abroad – your payout may get a manual check by our team. This is a normal check, not a violation.
Any violation of the single-user policy is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions (T&C).
The only condition is that you are the only person using your account:
Only you log in – from your own devices or your own VPS.
You do not share your account or allow anyone else to log in.
VPN / VPS During KYC Verification
To maintain data security and ensure accurate identification during the KYC / AML verification process, the use of VPN or VPS connections is strictly prohibited.
Verification must be completed from your actual location using your own device.
If a VPN or VPS is detected during the verification:
The KYC process will not be completed,
Your account may not be funded, or it may be disabled or breached afterward.
