If you’re having trouble logging into your account, don’t worry - in most cases, it’s easy to fix.
Follow these steps to regain access:
1. Double-check your login details
Make sure you’re entering the email and password you used when creating your Upcomers account.
Be careful to type them exactly as they appear, without extra spaces or capital letters in the wrong place.
If you recently requested a password reset, please use the new password you created after clicking the reset link in your email.
2. Reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or still can’t log in, you can reset it directly using the following link:
Enter the email address linked to your account, and within a few minutes you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Email security warning, reset button not clickable
In some cases, your email provider may display a security warning on the password reset email (for example “This message might be dangerous” or similar). When this happens, the provider can block links inside the email, which means the Reset Password button may not be clickable.
What to do:
Open the password reset email
In the warning banner, click the option that confirms the message is safe (for example “Looks safe”, “Trust this message”, “Mark as not spam”, or similar)
Once confirmed, the email links will be unblocked and the Reset Password button should work normally
Click Reset Password and set your new password
Password reset requirements
If your password reset is not going through, it is usually because the new password does not meet the required format. Please make sure your new password includes all of the points below.
Password requirements
Your new password must include:
at least one uppercase letter (A to Z)
at least one special character (for example: ! @ # $ %)
at least one number (0 to 9)
Tip: if the reset still fails, try adding more than one special character or number, and avoid very common passwords.
Common issues
Reset link not received: check Spam, Promotions, and Junk folders, also make sure your mailbox is not full.
“Password not valid” error: your new password is missing an uppercase letter, special character, or a number.
Link expired: request a new reset link and try again.
3. Try a different browser or device
Sometimes login issues are caused by temporary connection or session problems.
Try accessing your account from a different browser or device, or restart the one you’re currently using.
