What Changed
On January 20, 2026, we completed the migration to our own MT5 infrastructure under Upcomers Ltd.
This isn't a patch or a temporary fix. We built our own server. We control everything now. No more external providers. No more dependency on third parties who can let you down when it matters most.
The server name is Upcomers-Server. You get leverage up to 1:100 and access to over 1,300 tradable instruments. The .PRO symbol restriction no longer exists. Every symbol is fully tradable.

Log In To Your Account
Open MT5. Click File β Login to Trade Account.
You need three things. Your server name, which is Upcomers-Server. Your account number, which you'll find in your Dashboard. And your password, also in your Dashboard.
Here's the rule that will save you hours of frustration:
Copy and paste your credentials. don't type them manually. A single wrong character locks you out. A trailing space locks you out. A lowercase letter where there should be uppercase locks you out.
Go to your Dashboard. Use the copy button. Paste directly into MT5. that's it.
Once you see the connection indicator in the bottom right corner showing green bars, you're in. your balance is visible, your charts are ready, and your instruments are waiting.
The Credential Rule Everyone Forgets
Your account number changes when you advance to a new phase.
Pass your Challenge and move to Funded. The system creates a brand new account with a brand new number. your old credentials stop working immediately. This is by design.
If MT5 tells you "Invalid account," this is almost always why. you're trying to log in with credentials from a previous phase.
The fix is simple. Go to your Dashboard, find your current account, copy the new credentials, and log in again. Always use the credentials for your current phase.
Troubleshooting
Most login problems come down to five causes. Here's how to fix each one.
Wrong Server
This is the most common mistake. Traders type "Upcomers" and pick whatever appears first. or they remember a server name from months ago. Or they use a server from a completely different broker.
None of these work.
The correct server is Upcomers-Server. If you don't see it in the list, type the full name in the server field and let MT5 find it. Copy the name exactly. Don't improvise.
Outdated Account Number
You passed your Challenge yesterday. Congratulations. But your Challenge credentials are now dead. The system created a new Funded account with a new number the moment you advanced.
Go to your Dashboard. Copy your new credentials. Use those.
Password Errors
This one is frustrating because you can't see what's wrong. the password looks correct, but MT5 rejects it.
Common causes include an extra space before the password, an extra space after the password, a wrong character that snuck in during copying, or manual typing with a typo.
The solution is always the same. Go to Dashboard. Click the copy button next to your password. Paste it directly into MT5. if it still fails, delete everything in the password field and paste again fresh. Sometimes invisible characters get stuck in the field.
Credentials Not Appearing Yet
The system needs time to sync after certain events.
After a new purchase, your credentials typically appear within 2 to 5 minutes. after advancing to a new phase, it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.
If you're waiting longer than this, something is wrong. Contact support.
Connection Problems
MT5 won't connect. The login just spins. The server list refuses to load.
Start by restarting MT5 completely. Close it and open it again. if that doesn't work, disable your VPN. VPNs cause more MT5 connection issues than any other single factor.
Still stuck? Try switching to a different internet connection. Mobile data instead of WiFi, or vice versa. Finally, make sure you're running the latest version of MT5. Outdated versions sometimes have compatibility issues.
