⚠️Platform 5 Symbol Update, Please Trade Only .PRO Symbols

We’re happy to share a positive update regarding Platform 5. We have rolled out several improvements and expanded the available instruments.


What’s new on Platform 5

  • Multiple new .PRO symbols added

  • Expanded tradable instruments (crypto, exotic and minor pairs, stocks)

  • Execution improvements

  • Spread improvements

  • SL and TP should now work correctly


Important, trade only .PRO symbols on Platform 5

On Platform 5, please make sure you open trades only on symbols ending with .PRO.

Older symbols marked with # are inactive and will be removed, so they should not be used.


Platform 5 Overview

To start trading with your Upcomers challenge account on Platform 5, you’ll need to download and install Platform 5, the software where you’ll access your trading dashboard, place trades and manage positions.

Follow these simple steps to get started:

1️⃣ Download Platform 5

Choose the version that matches your device:

Tip: If you’re using a mobile device, make sure to download the official app from your app store.


2️⃣ Install the platform

Run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions.

The process takes only a few moments.


3️⃣ Log in to your account

Once installed, open Platform 5 and log in using the credentials you can view in your account dashboard after purchasing your challenge or when entering the funded stage.

  • Server: You’ll find the correct server name in your Upcomers Dashboard

  • Login: Your account number

  • Password: The password provided in your Dashboard or confirmation email


4️⃣ Start trading

After logging in, you’ll see your account balance, charts and instruments list.

You’re now ready to trade directly from Platform 5.


⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: Your account number may change

When you pass your Challenge and move to the Funded stage, the system creates a new funded account with a new account number. This means:

  • Your old challenge account number will no longer work

  • Your new funded credentials appear in the Dashboard automatically

  • If you try to log in using the challenge account after switching to funded → Platform 5 will show “Invalid account”

Always use the latest credentials displayed in your dashboard for the account in your current phase.


Troubleshooting: Most Common Platform 5 Login Issues

1. Wrong server selected

This is the #1 mistake.

Traders often:

  • type “Upcomers”

  • choose a random server

  • use a server they remember from a previous challenge

Solution:
Open Dashboard → copy the server exactly → paste into Platform 5.
Do NOT type it manually.


2. Wrong or outdated account number

  • Passing the challenge creates a new funded account number.

  • Old numbers stop working.

👉 Solution:
Use the newest number shown in your Dashboard for the account in your current phase.


3. Wrong password (or trailing space)

Copying manually often causes:

  • extra space (before/after)

  • wrong character

  • capital letter mistakes

👉 Solution:
Always use the Copy button and paste.
If login fails - remove any invisible spaces.


4. Credentials not showing yet

Sometimes the account backend needs a moment to sync.

Typical timing:

  • After purchase → 2–5 minutes

  • After moving to next phase → up to 24 hours

If missing longer than this, contact support on [email protected]


5. Server not loading or login stuck

Usually caused by:

  • unstable internet

  • VPN

  • outdated app version

👉 Solution:

  • Restart the app

  • Turn off VPN

  • Try another network

  • Update Platform 5
