The MT5 service disruption has been fully resolved. all affected accounts have been successfully migrated to our brand-new MT5 server under Upcomers Ltd.

What Happened

On January 20, 2026, our external provider experienced technical issues that caused a critical service disruption affecting all MT5 trading accounts.

this resulted in unexpected account behavior, including false breach notifications and unauthorized position openings for some traders.


What We Did

Our team worked around the clock to resolve this issue. rather than simply restoring the old system, we used this as an opportunity to migrate to our own infrastructure, giving you a better trading environment going forward.

Log in with your new credentials:

  1. Go to your Upcomers dashboard

  2. Your new MT5 login credentials are now visible in your account section

  3. Download MT5 if you haven't already

  4. Log in and continue trading as usual

your trading history and account progress have been fully preserved.
