Why is my account paused after requesting a withdrawal?

Your account is temporarily paused while our Risk team reviews your withdrawal request. This is standard procedure.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

How it works

When you submit a withdrawal request, your account is paused until the review is complete. During this time, you won't be able to open or close trades.

Once our Risk team makes a decision, your account becomes active again and you can continue trading normally.

Why we do this

The pause protects both you and us. Our Risk team needs to review your account without the balance changing mid-review. This ensures everything is processed accurately and fairly.

The process

  1. You request a withdrawal

  2. Account is paused automatically

  3. Risk team reviews your request

  4. Decision is made (approved, partially approved, or declined)

  5. Account is active again

How long does the review take?

Review times vary depending on account activity and withdrawal amount. We don't provide specific timelines, but our team works to process requests as quickly as possible.

You'll receive an email notification once a decision has been made.
