Short Answer: We're aware of a temporary delay in the dashboard where trades may take longer to appear. Your trading progress is being recorded correctly and is fully safe. Our technical team is actively working on a fix

What's Happening?

Some traders are currently experiencing a delay in how quickly their trades appear in the dashboard. You might notice that after closing a trade, it takes a bit longer than usual to show up in your trading history.

Important: This is a display issue only. Your trades are being recorded correctly on the backend, and your progress is fully saved.


What Still Works Normally

  • Equity tracking β€” your equity updates are working correctly

  • Trade execution β€” all trades are being executed and recorded as normal

  • Profit/loss calculations β€” your results are accurate

  • Challenge progress β€” your objectives and milestones are unaffected


What We're Doing

Our technical team identified this issue and is actively working on a fix. We expect the dashboard to return to normal speed shortly.

You don't need to take any action. Just continue trading as usual.
