The Rule
Every user is allowed to create and maintain only one user profile (User Section) on the Upcomers platform. This means one person, one account, one identity verification.
Creating multiple user profiles, whether using different email addresses, different personal details, or any other method, is strictly prohibited.
Why This Rule Exists
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure fairness for all traders. Multiple accounts can be used to circumvent trading rules, manipulate challenge outcomes, or exploit promotional offers, and that undermines the experience for everyone.
It also ensures that every trader's performance is tracked accurately and transparently under a single verified identity, which is essential for our evaluation process, payout eligibility, and compliance obligations.
What Counts as a Violation
Any of the following will be treated as a violation of this policy:
Registering more than one user profile on the platform, regardless of the email address or payment method used
Using another person's identity or documents to create an additional account
Allowing someone else to create an account on your behalf to bypass this restriction
Re-registering after your account has been suspended or terminated, without prior written authorization from Upcomers
What Happens If You Violate This Policy
If we detect that a user has created or is operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts
Void any challenges, funded accounts, and pending payouts across all profiles
Deny any future access to Upcomers services
These actions are taken in accordance with Section 3.1 and Section 5.6 of our Terms and Conditions. No refunds or financial compensation will be provided for accounts closed due to this violation.
Can I Have Multiple Challenges on One Account?
Yes. You can purchase and run multiple challenges simultaneously within your single user profile, subject to the cumulative virtual capital limits outlined on our platform.
There is no need to create a separate account for each challenge.
What If I Need to Change My Email or Personal Details?
If you need to update any personal information linked to your account, contact our support team at [email protected]. We will update your existing profile. Do not create a new account.
What If My Account Was Closed and I Want to Come Back?
If your account was previously closed or suspended and you would like to return to Upcomers, reach out to us at [email protected]. Do not register a new account.
We will review your case and determine whether reinstatement is possible.
