Got a quick question? Feel free to ask in the community channels - other traders or team members may be able to help. Discord is also a good place to check whether an issue you're experiencing is affecting other traders too.
However, for anything related to your specific account - rule violations, payout inquiries, technical problems, or disputes - always submit a support ticket. These cases require access to your account data and cannot be resolved through Discord.
