How to Access Match Trader
Getting in takes about 30 seconds.
Go to your Upcomers Dashboard. Find your Match Trader account in the Active Plans section. Click the key icon in the bottom-left corner of the account card.
A panel will appear with your login credentials. You'll see four things you need:
Account (your account number)
Login (your email-style login, for example [email protected])
Password
Server (this is the web address: https://platform.upcomers.com/login)
Copy the server URL. Paste it into your browser. You'll land on the Match Trader login screen. Enter your Login and Password from the Dashboard, and you're in.

Match Trader works everywhere.
Web is the easiest way in. just open https://platform.upcomers.com/login in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and sign in.
Desktop gives you a dedicated trading window outside your browser. download it from the login page once you're signed in.
Mobile lets you trade from your phone. install the Match Trader app on iOS or Android, open it, and use the QR code shown on the desktop login screen to pair your account instantly. no need to type anything on your phone.
Troubleshooting
Most login problems come down to a handful of causes. Here's how to fix each one.
Wrong URL
The correct login address is https://platform.upcomers.com/login. if you search "Match Trader login" on Google, you might land on a different broker's Match Trader instance. That's not us. Always use the URL shown in your Dashboard.
Login or Password Errors
Match Trader credentials are copy-paste sensitive. A single extra space or wrong character will lock you out, even though nothing looks wrong on screen.
Always use the copy buttons in your Dashboard next to each field. Paste them directly into Match Trader. if the login still fails, clear the fields completely and paste again fresh. Sometimes invisible characters get stuck in browser input fields.
Outdated Credentials
You passed your Challenge and you're trying to log into your Funded account with the old credentials. That won't work. your Challenge credentials are now dead. Go back to your Dashboard and grab the new ones.
Credentials Not Appearing Yet
After a new purchase, credentials typically appear within 2 to 5 minutes.
If you're waiting longer than this, something is wrong. Contact support.
Connection Problems
The login spins forever. The page won't load. Something feels off.
Start by clearing your browser cache, or try opening the login page in incognito/private mode. if that doesn't work, disable your VPN. VPNs cause more platform connection issues than any other single factor.
Still stuck? Try a different browser, or switch to a different internet connection. Mobile data instead of WiFi, or vice versa.
Can I Switch From Another Platform to Match Trader?
Your platform choice is locked at the time of purchase. If you purchased your account on MT5, TradeLocker, or Bybit, you'll stay on that platform for the duration of that account.
We don't support mid-account platform switches as a rule. If you want to trade on Match Trader, the cleanest path is to purchase your next challenge on Match Trader directly when you're ready.
In very specific cases, exceptions can be made. if you have a strong reason to switch, reach out to our support team and we'll take a look. No promises, but we'll hear you out.
