How to log in to DXtrade

Get into your account in under a minute.

The short answer

Your DXtrade credentials live in your Upcomers Dashboard (and in your welcome email). Open your Server URL, https://futures.upcomers.com/, enter your Login and Password, and you are in.

DXtrade has no separate server dropdown and nothing to download. The server is built into your Upcomers URL. It runs in any modern browser.

Where your credentials come from

Upcomers issues your DXtrade credentials, not DXtrade itself. You can find them in two places.

Welcome email: after you buy an account, Upcomers sends a welcome email to the address you used at checkout. It contains your platform login link and your credentials. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

Your Dashboard: your credentials are always available in the Upcomers Dashboard, so you never depend on the email. Go to your Dashboard, find your DXtrade account in the Active Plans section, and open the credentials for that account card.

A panel opens with the four things you need.

Field

What it is

Account

Your account number.

Your DXtrade login, which may differ from your email.

Password

Case-sensitive. Use the copy button.

Server

The platform URL you open in your browser.

When do credentials appear? Your account and data become available a few minutes after your payment is processed. Vanguard (Instant Funding) has no Challenge to pass, so the account is ready right after purchase. Thunderbolt Classic and Thunderbolt Legacy evaluation accounts are issued the same way at checkout. If you are waiting much longer than a few minutes, contact support.

Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. Do not share them. Account sharing can trigger disqualification.

Log in on the web

Web is the fastest way in. It works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with nothing to install.

  1. Copy the Server URL from your Dashboard and paste it into your browser address bar (or click the login link in your welcome email). You land on the DXtrade login screen.

  2. Enter your Login and Password from the Dashboard. Use the copy buttons and paste them in. Passwords are case-sensitive.

  3. Click Log In.

On your first login, DXtrade routes you to a one-time market-data step before the terminal (see Your first login below). After that, every login lands you straight in the trading terminal: a default workspace with a watchlist, a chart, and your account info. That is it. You are trading.

There is no server or environment to pick

If you come from MetaTrader, this trips people up. DXtrade has no server dropdown and no environment selector on the login screen. The login screen is only a Username field and a Password field.

The server is baked into your Upcomers URL. That is why you must use the exact Server URL from your Dashboard. If you search the web for "DXtrade login," you may land on another firm's instance or a demo site, and your credentials will fail there.

Your first login

Futures work differently here than CFDs or forex. On your very first login, DXtrade routes you to a one-time market data step (a CME/dxFeed onboarding step) before you reach the terminal. You complete it once to switch on live prices.

Why it exists: CME Group requires everyone who receives its real-time futures data to be a registered subscriber. This is not an Upcomers rule, and it applies to every futures platform. Your account is simulated, but the prices are real live CME data, so the declaration applies to you too.

Nothing to choose: every Upcomers futures trader is a Non-Professional subscriber. There is no Professional option and no status to pick, so you simply accept the CME market-data agreement as a Non-Professional and submit.

One and done: the form takes under a minute. Choose "I am Non-Professional," accept the agreement, and submit. You are returned to DXtrade, and your data feed activates within a few minutes (occasionally up to about 90 minutes). You do this once. The same login is reused across your accounts, and every login after the first goes straight to the platform.

Skip it and your charts stay blank. If you do not complete the market data step, DXtrade will not stream live quotes: charts show static or no data and you cannot trade meaningfully. If your prices look frozen, this is the first thing to check.

Two-factor authentication

DXtrade login is your Login and Password only. There is no two-factor code step in DXtrade. Any extra verification would live on the Upcomers Dashboard, not on the DXtrade platform itself.

Available in any browser

DXtrade futures runs entirely in your web browser. There is no desktop application and no mobile app to install. Open your Server URL in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and sign in.

Your account lives server-side, so if you sign in from another computer your positions and orders are exactly where you left them.

Troubleshooting

Most login problems come down to a handful of causes. Here is how to fix each one.

Symptom

Likely cause

Fix

Invalid credentials

Typo, trailing space, or wrong case

Re-copy from the Dashboard, clear the fields, paste again fresh. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Account not found or server not available

Wrong URL (generic dx.trade, another firm, or a demo site)

Use the exact Server URL from your Dashboard.

Old credentials fail

You passed your Challenge, or you reset the account

Your old credentials are dead. Grab the new Funded (or reset) credentials from your Dashboard.

Page loads but will not authenticate

Stale cache or cookies

Clear your cache, or open the login page in an incognito or private window, or try another browser.

Login spins forever or will not connect

Network or VPN

Disable your VPN, then switch networks (mobile data instead of WiFi, or the reverse).

Credentials not appearing yet

Just purchased, still provisioning

Wait a few minutes. If it is longer, contact support.

Logged in but charts are blank or prices are frozen

The one-time market data (DXfeed) step was not completed

Complete the market data agreement from your first login. See Your first login above.

Copy-paste cleanly: DXtrade credentials are sensitive to hidden characters. A single extra space or an invisible character stuck in a browser field will lock you out even when nothing looks wrong. Use the copy buttons in your Dashboard and paste directly into DXtrade.

Forgot your password? DXtrade cannot reset it, only Upcomers can. Reset your credentials in the Upcomers Dashboard, or contact support and we will handle it.

When nothing works

You have tried everything above and still cannot log in.

Reach out through the live chat on upcomers.com or the help center, or email our support team at [email protected], and we will check your account configuration. Most issues are resolved within minutes.

Common questions

Do I have to pick a server?

No. DXtrade has no server dropdown. The server is baked into your Upcomers Server URL, so just open that URL and sign in.

My account is simulated, why do I need a CME market data agreement?

The account is sim, but the prices are real live CME data. CME requires every recipient of its real-time data to be a registered subscriber, so the one-time non-professional declaration applies to you too.

Why are my charts blank after I logged in?

You most likely skipped the one-time market data step. Complete it from your first login and live quotes turn on.

My old credentials stopped working. What happened?

You probably passed your Challenge or reset the account. The old credentials are dead. Grab the new ones from your Dashboard.

The bottom line

DXtrade is browser-based. No downloads, no version juggling, no server to pick. Open the Server URL from your Dashboard, sign in, and trade.

Your credentials always live in your Dashboard. If you passed a Challenge or reset an account, come back for the new ones.
