How to Access cTrader
cTrader works differently than our other platforms. There's no separate login. No server selection menu. No copying credentials from your Dashboard.
You log in with your Upcomers account.
Go to your Dashboard. Find your cTrader account in the Active Plans section. You'll see the platform link right there.
The Server is your access link: https://ct.upcomers.com. Click it, or open it in any browser.
You'll land on the cTrader login screen.
Log in with the same email and password you use for your Upcomers Dashboard. That's it.
Your cTrader account is connected automatically. No setup, no configuration, no credential juggling. The moment you sign in, your account is already there waiting for you.

On cTrader, you don't have separate credentials for each account. You have one login - your Upcomers account - and every cTrader account you own is accessible from inside the platform.
The top right corner of cTrader shows your active account: the type (Demo or Live), the account number, the balance, the leverage.
Click it. You'll see every cTrader account you've ever purchased.
Switch between them with a single click. No logout. No re-login. No new credentials.

cTrader runs on every platform.
Web is the fastest way in. Open https://ct.upcomers.com in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and sign in.
Desktop gives you a dedicated trading window outside your browser. Download the desktop client from the web platform once you're signed in. Same login. Same accounts.
Mobile lets you trade from your phone. Install the cTrader app on iOS or Android, sign in with your Upcomers email and password, and every account is there.
All three sync in real time. Open a position on desktop, see it on mobile within seconds.
The Account You Need to Pick
You'll see multiple accounts in cTrader if you've purchased more than one. Each account is tied to a specific Challenge or Funded stage.
Trade on the wrong account, and your trades count against that account's rules. The fix is to verify the active account in the top right before placing a trade.
Check the account number against your Dashboard. Match the one you intend to trade. Then go.
Troubleshooting
Most cTrader issues come down to a handful of causes. Here's how to fix each one.
Wrong Email or Password
You're trying to log in with the wrong credentials. Your cTrader login is your Upcomers Dashboard email and password — not a separate one.
If you can't remember your Upcomers password, reset it from the Dashboard. The same password will then work on cTrader.
Wrong URL
The correct address is https://ct.upcomers.com. If you search "cTrader login" on Google, you'll land on a different broker's instance. That's not us. Always use the URL from your Dashboard.
Account Not Showing After Purchase
After a new purchase, your cTrader account typically appears in the platform within 2 to 5 minutes. Sign out and sign back in if it doesn't appear right away.
If you're waiting longer than 30 minutes, something is wrong. Contact support.
Trading on the Wrong Account
You opened a position and realized it was on the wrong account. Check the top right corner before every trade. The active account is displayed there with its type, number, balance, and leverage.
If you've already placed a trade on the wrong account, contact support. We'll handle it case by case.
Connection Problems
The login spins forever. The page won't load. Something feels off.
Start by clearing your browser cache, or open the login page in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, disable your VPN. VPNs cause more cTrader connection issues than any other single factor.
Still stuck? Try a different browser. Switch from WiFi to mobile data, or vice versa.
