What happens if there are rule violations? Accounts with rule violations do not qualify for the free account bonus.

Can trading violations affect the second free account even if my payout was fully approved? Yes. If our team detects any trading violations on your account, we may also decline to issue the free second account, even if your payout was fully approved. This rule applies to all evaluation Challenge purchases under BF90.

Does the BUY ONE, GET 2 FREE offer apply to Oracle (Instant Funding) accounts? No. The free account offer applies only to classic Challenge accounts (such as Ash, Thunderbolt, Phoenix, Ignite, and Surge). Oracle and other Instant Funding products receive the 90% discount, but they do not qualify for free accounts or the free reset.

Do I need to contact support? For a BUY ONE, GET 2 FREE account claim, yes. For an available free reset, use the option in your dashboard. Contact support if the reset option is missing or does not work.
