Volumetrica lets you use a web platform, Windows desktop DeepCharts, or the Volumetrica Prop mobile app. Before opening DeepCharts or TradingView, complete the dxFeed onboarding questionnaire and wait for approval.
Choose your platform
Platform | Available on | How to access it |
Windows and macOS | Use DeepCharts or TradingView in your browser. No installation required.
Windows only | Download desktop DeepCharts. There is no macOS desktop version.
Volumetrica Prop | iOS and Android | Download the official app from the App Store or Google Play. |
The web platform works on both Windows and macOS and lets you choose between DeepCharts and TradingView. Mac users can use the web platform; desktop DeepCharts is available only for Windows.
The platform currently labels DeepCharts as DeepChart or Deepchart. These labels identify the DeepCharts option shown in this guide.
Complete your dxFeed onboarding
For Upcomers X, complete the dxFeed questionnaire through your Upcomers dashboard. For Volumetrica, start it inside your Volumetrica dashboard: the onboarding link opens dxFeed’s subscription form.
Important: Immediately after purchasing and signing in, DeepCharts and TradingView will not yet be available. Submitting the questionnaire is only part of the process: dxFeed must approve it before the trading interface becomes available.
1. Sign in and open your Volumetrica dashboard
In your Upcomers account, select Open dashboard for your Volumetrica account. This signs you into the Volumetrica dashboard.
On your first login, you will see a notification asking you to sign dxFeed’s agreement for access to real-time data.
Find the dxFeed onboarding notification on your dashboard.
2. Open the questionnaire
Select Sign now in the notification. This opens dxFeed’s Data feed subscription form.
Select Sign now to open the dxFeed questionnaire.
3. Answer the subscriber-status questions
Upcomers accepts only Non-Professional customers. dxFeed independently assesses your status. Answer every question truthfully based on your actual circumstances. Do not select answers simply to qualify as Non-Professional. If you are unsure how to answer, ask for clarification before submitting.
On Choose your subscriber status, read the Professional and Non-Professional criteria carefully. Select I am Non-Professional or I am Professional according to your actual status, and answer all follow-up questions truthfully.
If your circumstances change, follow dxFeed’s requirement to notify them of a change in subscriber status.
Read the criteria and choose the status that truthfully applies to you.
4. Enter your personal and contact information
Complete the requested personal and contact details using your own accurate information. Check that all required fields are complete and that your contact information is correct.
5. Review the agreements and confirmations
Read the required terms, agreements, and confirmations. Accept them only after reviewing them and confirming that the information you provided is truthful.
6. Review and submit the form
Review your subscriber-status answers, personal details, and confirmations. Correct any mistakes, then select Submit to send the completed questionnaire to dxFeed.
7. Wait for dxFeed’s evaluation
dxFeed evaluates your submission independently. Evaluation usually takes approximately one minute, but it can occasionally take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed activation time.
Wait for approval before trying to open the trading interface. If activation becomes stuck or takes unusually long, contact Upcomers Support.
8. Open the activated platform
After approval, return to your Volumetrica dashboard and open Web platform. The Web platform and Download platform options are now available in the sidebar.
If a separate platform End User Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy appears, review it and accept it to continue.
After approval, select Web platform in the sidebar.
9. Select DeepCharts or TradingView
On Select your chart engine, choose the interface you want to use:
DeepCharts: choose the top DeepChart option labelled Single connection · One-click login.
TradingView: choose the TradingView option labelled Single connection · One-click login. It is currently marked Beta.
Select the top DeepChart option to open DeepCharts.
Use the chart workspace once DeepCharts opens.
10. Switch between the two interfaces
Return to Dashboard in Volumetrica, then open Web platform again. When Select your chart engine reappears, choose the other interface. Use the same steps to return to your previous interface.
Return through Dashboard → Web platform, then select TradingView to switch interfaces.
Download DeepCharts for Windows
After onboarding approval, open Download platform from your Volumetrica dashboard. Select DeepChart if prompted. If a desktop licence agreement appears, review and complete it before continuing.
On the Deepchart download page, find Deepchart Setup and select Download to get the installer package. Follow the setup instructions for Windows.
Select Download beside Deepchart Setup to get the Windows installer package.
Windows only: Desktop DeepCharts is not available for macOS. On a Mac, use the web platform instead.
Connect desktop DeepCharts to your Upcomers account
Use these steps after installing DeepCharts on Windows and receiving approval for your dxFeed onboarding. The application displays the name DeepChart.
You will set up a data-feed connection, map your exchanges to it, and select the broker and account in the trading panel.
Windows setup 1: Find your platform credentials
Open your account details in the Upcomers dashboard. In Platform Credentials, copy the Username and Password supplied for that account using the copy icons beside the fields. Use your own account’s values in the desktop application.
Copy your platform Username and Password from your Upcomers account details.
Windows setup 2: Add a desktop connection
Launch DeepCharts. At the top, open the Select a connection dropdown beside Feed, then select Feed Settings. In the settings window, select Add Connection.
Open Select a connection → Feed Settings, then choose Add Connection.
Windows setup 3: Enter and save the connection settings
Complete the new connection as follows:
Field | What to enter |
Name | A recognisable name for the connection. This guide uses Prop Firm. |
Feed Source | dxFeed Prop |
Username | The platform Username from your Upcomers account details. |
Password | The platform Password from the same account. |
Select Save at the bottom of the window, then close Feed Settings.
Choose dxFeed Prop. It is a separate feed-source option from dxFeed and dxFeed – 15m delayed. Prop Firm is the connection name used in the screenshots; if you choose another name, select that name in the later menus.
Set Feed Source to dxFeed Prop, enter your platform credentials, and select Save.
Windows setup 4: Add exchanges if they are missing
Open Options → Symbol Manage. Check the exchanges you need for the instruments you use.
If an exchange is missing, select Subscribe. In Select Exchange, open Data feed source and choose your saved connection, Prop Firm. Select the exchange or exchanges included in your account, then select Select.
If the exchange is already listed, continue to the next step to check its mapping. The markets shown in the screenshots are examples; select the exchanges available with your own account.
Choose your saved Prop Firm connection before selecting the exchanges included in your account.
Windows setup 5: Update exchanges mapped to another feed
In Symbol Manage, check the Data Feed column. If an exchange you use is mapped to another source, select its row and choose Change connection, or use the connection icon on that row.
In Change data feed source, choose your saved Prop Firm connection and select Set. Repeat for each exchange you use that needs updating, then close Symbol Manage. If the mappings already use your saved connection, you can continue.
Map the selected exchange to your saved Prop Firm connection, then select Set.
Windows setup 6: Connect the data feed
Open Select a connection in the top bar and select your saved Prop Firm connection. Wait for the connection’s status indicator to turn green.
Select your saved connection and wait for the green status indicator.
Windows setup 7: Open a price chart
Select New → Price Chart. This opens the Select Instrument window.
Select New → Price Chart to open the instrument chooser.
Windows setup 8: Choose an instrument
Choose the exchange and instrument you want to view, or use Type to filter to find it. Select the instrument, then select Select to open its chart.
The ES instrument and contract shown in the demonstration are examples. Choose the instrument and contract appropriate to your account.
Choose your instrument and select Select to open its chart.
Windows setup 9: Select the trading broker
Enable Trading panel at the bottom-right of the chart. In the panel’s Broker dropdown, select your saved Prop Firm connection.
Enable Trading panel and select your saved Prop Firm connection under Broker.
Windows setup 10: Confirm your trading account
In the Account dropdown, select your intended Upcomers account. Check that the panel shows the correct Broker and Account.
Before placing an order, verify the broker and account. Selecting the data feed and selecting the trading broker/account are separate steps. A loaded chart or green feed indicator does not confirm that your intended trading account is selected. For this setup, use your saved dxFeed Prop connection in Broker, rather than SIM or a Rithmic connection.
Confirm your Prop Firm broker and intended Upcomers account before using the trading controls.
If the desktop connection does not work
For a frozen chart or No data available, check that the feed is connected and the instrument’s exchange is mapped to your saved connection. Also confirm that the exchange is included in your account.
Contact Upcomers Support if login fails, data remains unavailable, or your account does not appear. Include the step you reached and the error message. Keep passwords private and conceal credentials and account identifiers in any screenshot you send.
