The relationship between a trader and Upcomers is defined by the Upcomers Traders Agreement, signed after passing our the evaluation phase and KYC process. This legally binding document outlines the duties and rights of both parties.
Contract Signing Process Once you meet the trading objectives in the challenge phase, the Agreements section in your Dashboard will be unlocked. Here, you will enter your personal details and submit necessary documentation for compliance verification. At this moment, Upcomers only offers verification for individuals. Company verification is not available right now, but we plan to support it in the future. After verification, your details will be securely stored and the Upcomers Account Agreement will be available for review and signing.

Language and Documentation Requirements
Documents should preferably be in the Latin alphabet. If in another alphabet, translations into English or French are required.
