What if I don't start trading? Can I get a refund?

If you purchased a challenge account and haven't placed any trades on it, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here's everything you need to know.

14-day cancellation right

As a consumer, you have the right to request cancellation of your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This is your legal right and no questions will be asked.

There is one important condition: the account you are requesting a refund for must have zero trades. Not a single trade can have been opened on that specific account, including during the TRIAL phase.

This applies per account. If you have multiple accounts and you are actively trading on one, you can still request a refund for a different account as long as that account has no trades on it.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

Your full name and email address associated with your Upcomers account.

The Account ID of the account you want refunded.

The date of purchase.

Your Transaction ID or payment receipt.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund request is received and verified (confirmation that no trades were placed on that specific account), the process works as follows:

Verification: Our team will verify the account activity within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund processing: Once verified, the refund is initiated within 3 business days.

Funds arrival: Depending on your original payment method, the refund will appear in

your account within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Credit card and PayPal refunds are typically faster (3 to 5 days). Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are processed within 24 hours and returned to the original wallet address.

The refund will always be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

When is a refund not possible?

A refund cannot be issued if any trade has been opened on that specific account.

This applies even if only one trade was placed, even if the trade was closed immediately. By placing your first trade, you have actively used the product, which voids the cancellation right for that account.

What if I was charged twice?

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact our support team immediately with the subject "Double Payment" and include a screenshot of your bank statement or payment provider showing both charges, along with the Transaction ID or payment hash for both transactions. Double payment refunds are prioritized and typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Important note about chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your entire profile will be automatically suspended and you will be permanently banned from the Upcomers platform. This includes all active accounts, challenges, funded accounts, and pending payouts.

We strongly recommend contacting our support team first. Most payment issues can be resolved directly and much faster than through a chargeback process.
