Traders are not allowed to modify their platform authentication credentials during an active challenge or funded account. Doing so will lead to immediate account termination — this is treated as a hard breach.
Our team needs uninterrupted access to perform a thorough review of your account. If a credential modification is detected, it is impossible for us to determine whether your performance warrants success or failure, or whether your strategies are genuine.
For example, linking your account to a third-party service that requires a password change would be in breach of this rule.
Any modification to your authentication credentials will result in immediate account failure. There is no warning step and no way to reinstate the account.
