Leverage at Upcomers depends on which product type you are trading. CFD, futures, and perpetuals all work differently.
CFD accounts (TradeLocker, MT5, Match Trader, cTrader)
Forex: 1:100
Metals: 1:30
Indices: 1:30
Energies: 1:30
Shares: 1:30
Crypto: 1:30
Futures accounts (Upcomers X)
Futures do not have a fixed leverage ratio. You post margin per contract — the effective leverage is a result of contract notional value divided by the required margin. It typically lands near 10:1 on index and energy contracts and much higher on FX futures.
Perpetuals accounts (Upcomers platform)
Leverage on perpetuals is set per symbol, not per account. Maximum caps by market group:
BTC, ETH, SOL: 10x
All other crypto: 2x
Stock and ETF perps: 4x
Index perps (SP500, XYZ100): 10x
Gold, silver, WTI and Brent crude: 8x
Copper: 5x
Forex perps (EUR, JPY): 25x
