Earning the commission is one thing. Getting paid is another. Here's exactly how money moves from your affiliate account into your wallet.

The 30-day clearance period
Every commission enters a 30-day holding period when it's generated. This protects against chargebacks, refunds, and disputes that could reverse the underlying order.
In your Affiliate Portal, each commission shows one of three statuses:
Pending - within the 30-day clearance window
Available - cleared and ready to withdraw
Cancelled - reversed due to a refund, chargeback, or policy issue
Once a commission clears, it moves into your affiliate wallet automatically.
Withdrawal methods
Affiliate payouts use the same system as our funded trader payouts. Two options available:
Bank transfer Fee: $19.90 + 2.49%
Cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC20 or USDC on ERC20) Fee: $19.90 + 30%
The higher crypto fee reflects the operational costs of crypto payouts under current UAE banking requirements. If fees matter to you, bank transfer is the more efficient option. For a full breakdown of why these fees exist, see Payout Processing Fees.
Fees and processing times are subject to change and are always shown in your dashboard before you confirm a withdrawal.
Currency
All commissions are calculated and held in USD.
Bank transfers in a different currency are converted at the exchange rate at the time of processing. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees.
Crypto withdrawals are always sent in USD-denominated stablecoins, so no conversion applies on our side.
Minimum withdrawal
There's no minimum amount. You can withdraw any cleared balance at any time.
Taxes
Commissions are yours to report. We don't withhold taxes or file on your behalf. Your full commission history is available in the Affiliate Portal for your records.
How to withdraw
Inside your Upcomers dashboard, go to Tools & Services → Affiliate Portal → Commissions. Select your available balance and submit your withdrawal request.
