Short Answer: Before each payout, you must generate at least 1% profit on your funded account. You can only withdraw profits earned in your current payout segment, up to the maximum allowed by your current payout tier. Profits from previous segments cannot be carried over or unlocked later.
What Is a Payout Segment?
A payout segment is the period between two consecutive payouts. Every time you receive a payout, a new segment begins. Only the profit you generate within the current segment is eligible for withdrawal.
Think of it as a fresh start after every payout. Your previous profits have already been settled, and your next payout is based solely on what you earn from that point forward.
The 1% Profit Requirement
Before submitting any payout request, you must generate a minimum of 1% profit based on your funded account balance. This requirement applies to every single payout, not just your first one.
Account Size | Minimum Profit Before Each Payout |
$10,000 | $100 |
$25,000 | $250 |
$50,000 | $500 |
$100,000 | $1,000 |
$200,000 | $2,000 |
This resets after every successful payout. Once your payout is processed, the 1% requirement starts again from zero.
How Payout Segments Work
Each time you receive a payout, your account enters a new payout segment. Only the profit earned within this new segment counts toward your next withdrawal, and your payout is subject to the cap defined by your current payout tier.
Example: $100,000 funded account, currently on Payout #3 (3% cap = $3,000 maximum withdrawal)
Event | Balance | Segment Profit | Payout Tier Cap | Withdrawable |
Segment 3 begins | $108,000 | $0 | 3% ($3,000) | $0 |
You trade and earn $5,000 | $113,000 | $5,000 | 3% ($3,000) | $3,000 |
You request payout | Payout processed: $3,000 | Segment 3 closed | -- | -- |
Segment 4 begins | $113,000 | $0 | 4% ($4,000) | $0 |
You earn another $4,500 | $117,500 | $4,500 | 4% ($4,000) | $4,000 |
In this example, you earned $5,000 in Segment 3 but your payout tier cap was $3,000 (3%). The remaining $2,000 stays on your account as part of your balance, but it is not eligible for withdrawal in Segment 4. Your Segment 4 payout is based only on the new $4,500 you earned, capped at $4,000 (4%).
What You Cannot Do
You cannot accumulate profit across multiple segments and withdraw it later by reaching a higher payout tier.
Example: $100,000 funded account
Segment | Profit Earned | Tier Cap | Withdrawn | Left on Account |
Segment 2 (2% cap) | $4,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 not withdrawable |
Segment 3 (3% cap) | $1,500 | $3,000 | ? | -- |
In this scenario, the trader cannot withdraw $3,500 ($2,000 leftover from Segment 2 + $1,500 from Segment 3). Even though the Segment 3 tier cap is $3,000, the $2,000 from Segment 2 is no longer eligible for withdrawal because that segment is closed.
Only the $1,500 earned in Segment 3 can be withdrawn, provided it meets the 1% minimum ($1,000).
Each segment is independent. When a segment closes, any profit not withdrawn in that segment is no longer available for payout. It remains on your balance and contributes to your account equity, but it cannot be paid out.
Why Does This Policy Exist?
This structure ensures that every payout reflects genuine, recent trading performance. It prevents strategies where a trader accumulates unrealized or unwithdrawn profit over long periods and then attempts to unlock it all at once through tier progression.
It also keeps the payout process clean and auditable. One segment, one set of profits, one payout.
Common Questions
Does the 1% requirement reset after every payout? Yes. After each successful payout, you start fresh. You need to generate 1% profit again before your next withdrawal.
What happens to profit I didn't withdraw in a previous segment? It remains on your account as part of your balance, but it is not eligible for withdrawal in future segments. Only profit earned in the current segment can be withdrawn.
Does this apply to all account types? Yes. This rule applies to all funded accounts regardless of challenge type or account size.
Can I choose to skip a payout and carry profit to the next segment? No. Each segment is defined by when you request a payout. If you request a payout and it is processed, the new segment begins. If you continue trading without requesting a payout, you remain in the same segment and your profit continues to accumulate within it.
What if I earn 1% but want to keep trading before withdrawing? That is fine. You can continue trading within the same segment and your withdrawable amount will grow up to the tier cap. The 1% is the minimum threshold to request a payout, not a cap.
What if I earn more than my tier cap allows? The excess profit stays on your account balance but cannot be withdrawn. Only the amount within your current tier cap is paid out, and the remaining profit does not carry over to the next segment.
